Room Confirmation

If you make a reservation at our hotel, you will receive a reply within 24 hours including the Hotel confirmation.
To guarantee the confirmation of the rooms/suites we will ask for your credit card details in order to make a deposit. More details you will receive by your confirmation.

Payment

We accept following credit cards: VISA and MASTER
MAESTRO (with PIN number) for Europe residents and CASH

Cancellation Policy

With your credit card (and deposit), you confirm your reservation at our hotel. In case of a late cancellation (40 days before arrival or lesser) or no-show, and in case that we can't find another substitute for the room, we will debit 70% of the total price.The same if you arrive some days later or leave us earlier.

Kurtaxe  (City Tax)

All travellers who stay in Schwangau have to pay a city-tax of 2 Euro and 16 cents per person and per day

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm  and it is possible to arrive till 8:00 pm
